Category 1: Orders & MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

 

Q. Do you really accept small batch orders (50 pieces)?

A. Yes, absolutely!

We welcome low MOQ orders starting from just 50 pieces per style (mixed sizes and colors). We have extensive experience working with independent designers, influencers, and startup brands. Note: For ultra-small batches under 50 pieces, our sample room may still be able to assist you, so please don't hesitate to consult with us.

 

Q. Can you source fabrics and trims for me if I don't have my own?

A. Yes, leave it to us.

We can source and propose the perfect materials for your vision from major fabric markets in China (Guangzhou, Shaoxing) and Korea (Dongdaemun). Simply send us a photo or a fabric swatch of what you are looking for. (We also handle sublimation transfer, inkjet printing, custom embroidery, and garment dyeing.)

 

 

Q. Do you have experience producing for famous brands?

A. Yes, we have extensive experience.

We manufacture garments for major Japanese department stores, popular apparel brands, and famous influencer labels. Our team is fully trained in strict Japanese quality standards. Rest assured, your designs and information are strictly managed under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

 

 

Category 2: Pricing & Payment

 

Q. How much does sample making cost?

A. As a general rule, sample fees are about 1.5 to 2 times the bulk production unit price.

(Example: If the bulk price of a shirt is $20, the sample fee will be $30–$40 + shipping). An official quote will be provided after confirming your exact specifications.

 

 

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. We primarily accept T/T (Bank Transfer).

For bulk production, shipping costs are borne by the customer (or paid in advance and billed on the final invoice). For returning long-term clients, we can offer flexible terms such as "payment within 2-3 weeks after shipment."

 

 

Q. Can you provide an estimated manufacturing cost? 

A. While it depends on the design and quantity, our typical price ranges are:

・T-shirts & Cut & Sew: $5.00 – $20.00

・Pants & Skirts: $15.00 – $35.00

・Outerwear & Jackets: $55.00 – $75.00

・Handmade Coats: $50.00 – $120.00 If you provide a Tech Pack or reference photos, we can quickly issue a rough estimate.

 

 

 

Category 3: Lead Times & Shipping

 

 

Q. What is your turnaround time (lead time)? 

A. We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency.

・Sample Making: Approx. 1–2 weeks after materials are finalized.

・Bulk Production: Approx. 2–4 weeks after materials are finalized and the order is placed. If you have an urgent deadline, please consult with us. We will adjust our factory lines to accommodate your request whenever possible.

 

Q. What are the shipping methods and estimated costs?

A. We use fast and reliable couriers like DHL, FedEx, and OCS. Estimated shipping costs (Example via OCS):

・Up to 1kg: Approx. $15.0

・Up to 2kg: Approx. $18.5

・Up to 5kg: Approx. $28.8 (For a bulk order of about 50 pants, the total shipping cost is typically around $94 to $130).

 

 

Category 4: Quality Control & Support

 

 

Q. What happens if I receive defective products? 

A. We take full responsibility.

Every item undergoes strict needle inspection and quality control before shipment. However, in the rare event of a defect, we will discuss the matter with sincerity and provide a reliable solution, such as repair or refund. Rest assured, we never just "sell and forget."

 

Q. Do I need to provide a Tech Pack, or can you work from a reference sample?

A. We can work with both!

While a detailed Tech Pack is ideal, our expert pattern makers can also create patterns from your physical reference samples, sketches, or photos.

 

Q. How will we communicate during the production process? Do you speak English?

A. Yes! Our team will communicate with you clearly in English.

We use Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Zoom. We provide regular updates with photos and videos so you always know the exact status of your order.

 

Q. Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly fabric options?

A. Yes, we can.

We can source various sustainable materials, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and eco-friendly dyes, to align with your brand's ethical values.
